Since launching in 2022, Grip And Rip has covered over 50 Olympic weightlifting competitions across the UK. It has worked with countless athletes from first-timers to national champions, providing high-quality photos, videos, and content that tell their stories and fuel their journey.
Grip and Rip has grown into the most recognised weightlifting media brand in the U.K, with over 7,000 followers on Instagram and features in major events and federations.
In 2025 it is expanding, partnering with Weightlifting Ireland, and launching its first line of Grip And Rip apparel designed for lifters, for lifters.
